How do I book a ride?

You can book a ride with a credit card or cash. The driver is more likely to accept you as a rider if you book with credit card.

If you book with cash, we recommend you thoroughly communicate with the driver, to insure you will be joining their ride.

Do other schools have Zimride?

Over 100 schools have private Zimride networks! We recently launched networks at UW Stevens Point and UW Platteville. Tell your friends!

How is payment delivered?

The passenger books the ride with their credit card and Zimride pays the driver via PayPal. The driver can add their PayPal email to their account when adding a ride, or by editing their profile. Payment will occur one day after their passenger's completed travel.

Cash bookings are available on private Zimride networks. If the passenger books a cash ride, it is the drivers responsibility to collect payment.
